Experts of the British newspaper “The Telegraph” have chosen top 10 of the best European Christmas markets.

On the Belgian market in Antwerp tourists can not only buy presents, but also skate and listen to Christmas anthems. The market in Basel is worth visiting only because it is organized by the best Swiss traditions. The biggest choice of Christmas presents waits for tourists in Berlin. They are 50 in number. Due to its Christmas market Copenhagen acquires a truly magical look. No wonder that tourists all over the world come here to admire the city on the eve of Christmas. An indescribable atmosphere reigns in the British Jersey: flickering candles, reading Dickens’s novels aloud and numerous hand-made souvenirs.
