A building project of a unique five-star hotel in the form of a vertically standing wheel has been published. The hotel will become a part of the new district "Promenade Dubai" that will be built to the South of the entrance to the artificial island "Palm Jumeirah".

The new district includes 7 high-rise buildings for 2 thousand apartments, a sandbar for walk, a harbor, restaurants, cafes and shops. The population of the "Promenade Dubai" will be of about 10 thousand people.
