In the nearest future, the USA shall introduce the procedure according to which all people who intend to visit the USA shall have to obtain an online-authorization for entrance in the country before receiving visa.

In addition to that, the USA shall request personal data of all air passengers who fly above America in order to accept or refuse their visa-free traveling in the USA. Besides, personal data of travelers’ relatives and acquaintances shall be requested.

All these requirements are included in a 10-page Memorandum of Understanding that the USA is going to discuss with the European countries. New safety measures during the transatlantic flights, insistently promoted by the USA, also include escorting of all flights of the American airlines by the armed guard.

However, the EU representatives have already called these proposals “problematic” and compared them with blackmail.
