The British supermodel Naomi Campbell will not be able to use the flights of the British Airways airline after her scandal because of the lost baggage. The 37-years old supermodel has been arrested because of her assault of a police officer. Later she has been let out on bail. The incident has happened on the 4-th of April in the new Heathrow terminal, that is still functioning in chaos.

According to the Campbell agent, the model hoped "to settle peacefully" the conflict with the airline, because Naomi flies British Airways already for many years. But the airline representatives have told that they will not tolerate the rude attitude and assaults towards the passengers and collaboratives. Each conflict of such kind is being investigated personally in British Airways. There were no detailed comments - the representatives of the airline state that it is a personal case and should not be opened to public.

For the last 10 days because of the technical problems and powerful snowfalls, British Airways has canceled about 600 flights from the fifth Heathrow terminal. Besides they have managed to lose not only Naomi Campbell luggage. More than 30 thousands of bags and cases have been mixed up and heaped in the airport halls because of the malfunction of the new registration and baggage tracking system. The experts suppose that British Airways will have to spend about 100 million dollars for the compensations to the passengers, however the most pessimistic prognoses state that this amount will be at least doubled.
