An unusual loud sound can be heard in Istanbul - the city police has got new equipment - the sound cannons that can disarm a person without a single fire shot. The sound wave, generated by this device can reach 150 decibel, what is slightly less than the perception ability of the human ear.

Any police officer can use the "sound cannon" that has already skills with fire weapon. To hit the target he should point the device to the object and pull the trigger. The noise can be heard also outside of the effective zone and if a person gets exposed directly to the wave, he becomes dumb.
