The resorts for animals which are symbolically called the "paradise for pets" operate at the airports of Houston, Jacksonville and New Orleans. In the nearest future similar services will appear in Charlotte, Northern Carolina, Atlanta, Georgia and Fort Lauderdale.

The headquarters of the "paradise" is in Jacksonville. According to Fred Goldsmith, the new resort founder, these new services at the airports give pleasure to animals and provide peace to their owners.

The resorts work round-the-clock. Here, during the absence of the owner pets will be taken care of: a swimming-pool of the bone form, artificial mud tanks, toys for all tastes and the first-class meals.

According to the Ministry of transport, annually about 2 million pets are transported by the planes of the American airlines.
