| Authorities of the Portuguese city of Óbidos, located in 70 km to the north from Lisbon, have declared about carrying out the Sixth International Festival of Chocolate from February, 14th till February, 24th, 2008. There are numerous actions for adults and children, and also - tasting of various chocolate products in the program. Besides there will be the competition of culinary recipes of "chocolate" courses in the context of this festival, every interested person will be able to take part in it. The prize will be an invitation to the festival. According to the rules of the competition, the main component of the course should be chocolate. The preparation time should not take more than two hours, writes Podroze.onet.pl. Every participant of the competition can send several recipes at once. Works for the competition will be accepted till December, 15th. The recipe should be translated into the English language; also you need to specify the name of a course, and - a name, a surname and contacts of the participant. It is possible to send competitive works to the organizing committee of the festival by e-mail: festivalchocolate@cm-obidos.pt. The names of 10 finalists, which will receive invitations to the festival, will become known in January, 2008. |
