Young women in Tanzania give birth to three or even four babies at once. |
Who knows, maybe it was not an accidental coincidence. In Tanzanian town Arusha more than 700 experts from the whole world were discussing a problem concerning an avalanche-like growth of the population on the African continent. Just at the same time in the capital hospital Ashura Atumani gave birth to triplets. It was like a personal contribution of 26-year-old woman to the corroboration of the theory of sociologists, who forecast that by the year 2050 the population of the Tropical Africa will increase by two times and reach 850 million people.
Its own statistics has the capital hospital Muhimbili – 5 women gave birth to 16 babies at once and two of them brought into the world four infants each. Local journalists are rejoicing at such a sensation. Yet an aged doctor remembered how a certain father of a family after finding out that his wife bore four babies ran away in an unknown direction and hid himself from the responsibility of maintaining the whole “brigade”.
