| The fifth Fair for millionaires in Amsterdam is opened for visitors on Friday. The participants - 246 world famous companies - have presented magnificent ornaments, clothes, furniture, video and audio equipment, cosmetics, works of art, automobiles, motorcycles, motor-scooters, yachts, planes, helicopters and other goods. There are not only the million capitals owners, rich businessmen, the big companies’ managers among visitors, but also the famous artists, actors, television anchormen, sportsmen and journalists. The famous actors’ shows and jazz music concerts take place on the big stage. The fashion shows of Cavalli, Burberry, Gianfranco Ferre, Versace and Moschino will take place during the fair. The Amsterdam company Gassan/Amsterdam Diamond Center prepared the biggest stand on which the goods of the well-known brands, such as Chopard, Breitling, Audemars Piquet, Breguet, IWC, Ebel are presented. It is possible to see and buy various jewelry, watches and clocks. Moreover, the unique things, which it is impossible to see and buy anywhere in the world, are offered for visitors. Among the chic automobiles the new model Rolls-Roys Drophead Coupe and such perfect cars, as Bentley Continental GT Speed and Maserati Quattroporte QTS, Landovers intended for the well-to-do public attention, attract visitors’ attention most of all. Also there are limousines, offered by the Big Limo company. These smart machines of nine and a half of meters length, supplied with the diesel engine of the Chrysler Company, have the whole luxury-collection: a bar with champagne, a mirror ceiling with the star sky, a liquid-crystal TV set and the last model audio system. This year a special attention has been drawn among the displayed yachts and boats by the high-speed boat with the engines operating on solar batteries. This unique boat was developed by the Technical University students of the Dutch city Delft. It will be made under the special orders. At the fair the boat with solar batteries was presented to the public by the Dutch cosmonaut Wubbo Ockels who studies the problem of the renewable energy sources. The most perfect models of video and audio equipment are presented by the Samsung, Bang and Olufsen, Giorgio Armani companies. The planes for the individual clients are offered by the Solid Air company - the most fast-growing operator of the private air transportations in Europe. The Talisman travel agency offers fascinating trips worldwide, for example, the culinary travels to China, Peru, Malaysia and the Indonesian Island Bali. At the next stand the real estate in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) is offered. The works of art are offered by the Velazquez Art company. In particular, the works of the modern Spanish artist Goyo Dominguez, having a big popularity now in Dubai, Marbelle, London and Paris, are displayed. The average price of his pictures is from 20 up to 50 thousand Euro. The five-star hotels at their stands offer to the solvent clients diversified services. The well-known chiefs show the culinary art. The visitors enjoy champagne Piper-Heiadsieck, cognac Remy Martin, whiskey Chivas Regal. The last fair day, on the 10-th of December, the so-called "Business Monday", the business-seminars, presentations and numerous business meetings will take place. |
