| “The tobacco passport” will be introduced In Japan (1 Feb. 2008) - A tobacco passport in Japan - as the new measure to stop the underage smoking will be active from the 1-st of July. The authorities tell that 70% of the underage smokers buy cigarettes at the vending machines and this will be not more possible after the machines will be equipped with a card-reader for the new plastic cards - tobacco passports. |
