At the Swedish airports tourists are fingerprinted (30 Jan. 2008) - Not only USA is scanning fingerprints of the airline passengers now, but also Sweden, currently for baggage check-in and claim purposes. However, they are planning to scan all the incoming passengers including their biometric data at all airports of Europe.
Tickets to the ABBA museum can be bought one and a half year before its opening (7 Dec. 2007) - The museum devoted to the well-known Swedish group ABBA will open in Stockholm in 2009. The tickets to the museum can be bought already now.
Stockholm will become the most accessible city of the world (5 Dec. 2007) - Authorities of Stockholm - the largest city of Scandinavia - have set the goal: to make the Swedish capital the most accessible city by 2010. It means that visitors and city dwellers if their physical opportunities are limited, will not feel less comfortably, than the others.
